Prepare a list of jobs required for the entire show including all
aspects prior to and after.
Solicit, with the help of others, all help required at the show.
Help slot people into the best roles based on experience, time, and
their potential conflicts at the show. It’s good to have the same
scribe, timekeeper and gate steward throughout a trial for a single
ring. This minimizes
the amount of time a judge has to brief and train ring crew. |
