rulers, highlighters, calculator, paper clips, paper weights, scotch
tape, masking tape, erasers… |

Work
with the Site Chairperson re: location of the registration table and
measuring area. |

Responsible
for setting up the Secretary’s table. |

Ensure
enough staff are scheduled and trained to record keep at the trial.
Supervise at the trial.
Scores should be posted as soon as possible. |

Ensure
the exhibitor course copies are set out or posted.
Keep two course copies for filing. |

NADAC
– bring the results catalogue up to date before the second day of
the trial. (move-ups) |

Along
with the Show Chair, record all necessary results and mail, along
with applicable fees, to the Agility Organization within the
designated time frame after the trial.
(Determine the filing fees prior to the show so the Treasurer
can have a cheque ready.) |
